Vertical stacks #1, #2, #50, #51 at Honua Kai are oceanfront and face Kaanapali North Beach; stacks #3 to #49 (odd units) face the courtyard; stacks #20 to #36 (even units) face the mountains; Hokulani stacks #36 to #48 (even units) face The Konea Tower; and Konea stacks #4 to #18 (even units) face The Hokulani Tower.
Amenities at Honua Kai Resort include outdoor barbecues, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, underground parking, valet service, 24-hour front desk, concierge, room service, beach/pool service, laundry facilities, spa services, Aina Gourmet Market, and Duke's Beach House of Kaanapali.
To stay in shape, The Konea Tower hosts daily yoga and Pilates classes and the 24-hour fitness center has free weights, elliptical machines, and treadmills. Massage treatments (Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Sports), Wawae Reflexology, Pohaku Warm Stone Ritual, facials, and salt therapies are available at the Ho'ola Spa.

The law allows just one (1) home exemption; if a husband and wife live apart and own separate homes, they shall be entitled to one exemption, to be apportioned between each of their homes in proportion to the value.
In order to qualify for a home exemption, you must own and occupy the property as your principal residence with the intent to reside there a minimum of 270 days in a calendar year.
The home exemption is deducted from the assessed value and the homeowner is taxed on the balance. Current home exemption of $200,000 applies to all homeowners regardless of age.
