The best views can be experienced from either Kamaole Sands building 10 in the very front, then building 1, 2, 7, 6, 5, and 3 which face the interior. Towers 4, 8, and 9 are located towards the exterior of the development. Towers 8 & 9 have good ocean views from the 3rd and 4th floors but overlook the Hale Kamaole condos.
Kamaole Sands condos feature 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites with covered lanais. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath units have 818 square feet of interior living area with 69 square feet on the lanai. There are 2 floor plans for the 2 bedroom, (2 or 3) bath condo. The two-story loft plan has 1,089 square feet with 1 bedroom, 1 bath in the loft area. Then there is the single floor unit with 1,036 to 1,230 interior area. The 3 bedroom, (2 or 3) bath residences are rare and include 1,089 to 1,625 square feet of living space on 2 floors.

Completed in 1983, the Kamaole Sands condos are located across South Kihei Road from Kamaole Beach III and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, and activity centers. The on-site vacation rental management company is Castle Resorts & Hotels, located in the main guest lobby as you enter the project.

Our family has stayed at Kamaole Sands many times throughout the years. The accommodations are always very nice and comfortable. 0ur favorite beaches are right across the street, and the sunsets are spectacular. Our favorite dining places are all within walking distance!

The law allows just one (1) home exemption; if a husband and wife live apart and own separate homes, they shall be entitled to one exemption, to be apportioned between each of their homes in proportion to the value.
In order to qualify for a home exemption, you must own and occupy the property as your principal residence with the intent to reside there a minimum of 270 days in a calendar year.
The home exemption is deducted from the assessed value and the homeowner is taxed on the balance. Current home exemption of $200,000 applies to all homeowners regardless of age.
