Beachfront Condo for Sale at Hale Hui Kai 102

As one of my favorite condominium communities in South Maui, condos for sale in Hale Hui Kai rarely come onto the market. It is a low-density oceanfront project of only 40 condominiums on about 1 acre. I had the pleasure to represent Hale Hui Kai's newest owners (John & Joanne L.) on the last sale which closed summer of 2010. They absolutely love this development even though they had been originally looking at the Mana Kai condominiums.

In order to get a beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo fronting Keawakapu Beach your only option in Kihei is at the Mana Kai where the interiors have 120 square feet less space and prices generally begin at $1,000,000 but you do get incredible views down the South Shore coastline towards Makena.

Hale Hui Kai #102 (MLS #346515) is located on the south-side of the building, all the way in the back. It has 898 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, granite counters, bamboo cabinets, newer appliances, recessed lighting, tile and carpet flooring. It is one of the more private units, but there is no ocean view. Actually unless you are on the 3rd floor, you will not have an ocean view on the 1st and 2nd floors unless you are at the very front. It is priced at the same closing price as on my clients sale on unit #305 with an ocean view and central air, so it does need to come down some. It has been remodeled and has great rental income.

The on-site rental management company at Hale Hui Kai has the lowest fee on the island, only 15% of the gross income which means more money in your pocket. This is one of the best buy's in the Kihei real estate area and I highly recommend this project to my clients.
